Dubai South is built around Al Maktoum International Airport, which sits nine kilometres away and is set to become the world's largest, with Expo City Dubai twenty-one kilometres out, Global Village thirty-four, and Palm Jebel Ali thirty-two. Entry prices in the corridor remain among the lowest in Dubai while the airport expansion runs, which is what makes a studio from AED 460,000 on a post-handover plan worth a serious look.
