Breez by Danube is a 60-storey waterfront tower in Dubai Maritime City, the tallest building in the district, on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. Every home is sold fully furnished and finished in one of two schemes: Blanco Luxe, a pale travertine-and-marble palette with fluted glass and gold matte trimmings, or Aqua Luxe, a softer sea-toned alternative. Arrival is the set piece - a grand lobby built around a 1,500 sq ft aquarium and a waterfall atrium running the height of the entrance.

The floor plans divide into two families. The Flex range is Danube's convertible format, where a studio converts to a one-bedroom and a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom without changing the footprint: Flex Studio A to D run 414 to 478 sq ft total, Flex 1 Bedroom A to C run 656 to 764 sq ft, and the Flex 1 Bedroom Premium reaches 793 to 806 sq ft with a multipurpose room and its own bathroom. The fixed-layout range starts with the Studio at 394 to 404 sq ft, then 1 Bedroom A and B at 603 to 623 sq ft, both with a private plunge pool on the balcony and a dual-access bathroom. Above those sit 2 Bedroom Premium A at 1,026 to 1,029 sq ft with a pool, multipurpose room and convertible kitchen, 2 Bedroom Premium B at 1,277 sq ft adding a separate laundry room, and the 3 Bedroom Premium at 1,769 sq ft with a 493 sq ft balcony. Pricing opens at AED 1.3M for a studio, AED 2M for a one-bedroom, AED 2.4M for a two-bedroom and AED 3.8M for a three-bedroom.

The amenity count is the headline: over 40 facilities split across the Breez 10 podium deck and the Breez 60 roof level. On the water side there is an infinity pool with panoramic sea views, a beach deck, jacuzzi, pool bar, water lounges and sunken water seating, and a kids' splash pool. On the activity side, padel and badminton courts, a cricket court, a running track, table tennis, an outdoor gym alongside the indoor gym, a trampoline zone, wall climbing, a sand playground and a multi-functional kids' bridge. For wellness there is a spa, a zen garden, open-air yoga, a hammock zone and sunken seating. Indoors: a club house, indoor games room, cinema, cigar lounge, multipurpose hall and a kids' daycare. The roof carries the Sky Lounge, the Breez Swing and Breez 60, the viewing deck at the highest point in Maritime City.

On location the peninsula is unusually central for a waterfront address. Port Rashid boat station is about 2 minutes away and Dubai Cruise Terminal 2 around 3, Meena Bazar 6, Dubai World Trade Centre 8, the Gold Souk and Jumeirah Beach 8, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame 10, and Dubai International Airport 15. A metro station and a mall are both proposed for the district, and the plot is freehold. Payment is 20% on booking, 50% across construction and 30% on handover, which is expected in March 2029.
