Aldar’s ‘Haven’ is a new mixed-use community located opposite the Al Habtoor Polo Resort along the E611 corridor in Dubai. Covering an expansive 1 million square meters, this project is set to offer 2,428 units, with 462 upscale homes available in the initial sales launch. Prospective buyers can choose from 3-bedroom townhouses starting at Dh2.5 million and 3-bedroom villas starting from Dh3.5 million.

Haven by Aldar in Dubai includes a mix of villas and townhouses spread across nearly 1 million square meters. The community features amenities such as a meditation pavilion, zen gardens, and a luxurious spa, providing residents with a tranquil oasis. Notably, the project aims for sustainability by targeting LEED Gold and Fit-Well 3-Star certifications, making it the first community in the UAE to achieve both certifications.
